From The Lalit and Hotel Ashok to eighteen years at Delhi International Airport, he has led operations, safety, compliance and hospitality functions serving 70 million+ passengers annually.
He has front-led scheduled Food Safety & Quality Management audits across DIAL and Hyderabad Airport, driven ISO 22000:2018 implementation across all terminals at IGI, and commissioned Terminal 2 operations end-to-end. He has been conferred with the CII National Award for Food Safety & Quality Management in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2019, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
